the Csillagszem Tarot Project
I worked as a graphic designer, photographer, and illustrator, and led an ordinary life—if such a thing exists – until I reached a point where question marks began appearing everywhere, and the answers offered by reality no longer felt convincing.
Why Tarot?
I first started reading Tarot cards out of curiosity, much like checking a daily horoscope. However, the deeper I dived into their symbolism and history, the more fascinated I became. Now, after years of active research, a year of development, and countless personal experiences with the cards, I am about to complete my first deck.
Along the way, I realised that there is nothing magical about their mechanism: When a question arises, we often already know the answer. The cards simply help bring it to the surface and guide our attention where it is needed most.
What Makes This Deck Different?
The Csillagszem Tarot is designed as both a beautiful object and a practical tool for self-reflection: The narrative and expressive approach makes the cards more accessible to everyone, especially beginners.
My goal is to create a new classic Tarot deck with artistic depth and exceptional quality, blending traditional Tarot symbolism with the rich visual language of Renaissance painting.
The result is a luxurious 78-card deck, accompanied by a 40-page booklet, and presented in exclusive, laminated packaging.
