General information about Packaging
The exclusive Giclée prints are dispatched in a cellophane sleeve with sturdy cardboard,
wrapped in delicate tissue paper, sealed with an embossed sticker,
accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and a gold-embossed thank-you card.
The digital prints are wrapped in a cellophane sleeve with sturdy cardboard and a gold-embossed thank-you card.
Each order is posted in a premium cardboard envelope.
Delivery Time
I run all aspects of the shop myself, but I’ll do my best to ship your package within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
All orders are sent via DHL, tracked door-to-door. No signature required. Please get in touch if you do not receive the email with the tracking number within 48 hours after placing the order.
In the Netherlands, you receive your order within 2 days. If your package did not arrive after 5 business days, please contact me at beatrix.bohony@gmail.com.
The estimated delivery times:
The Netherlands: 1-2 working days
Europe: 2 - 7 working days
Delivery times can be delayed by holidays / bad weather/customs/strikes / inefficient local post services. All of these things are out of my control, so please be patient.
Damaged item
I do my best to package your order safely, so it won't be damaged during transport. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with me. I will replace the item(s) as soon as possible.
Returns
Returns are no problem. If you changed your mind and do not wish to purchase an item for any reason, I will accept a return request within 14 days of placing your order.
Please proceed as follows:
1. Send an email with your return request and the order number to beatrix.bohony@gmail.com
2. I will inform you about the address where you can send the package. The cost of returning an item is your responsibility. I recommend using a signed-for and/or trackable service to ensure the package returns safely.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Return the unused item. The product(s) and packaging must be undamaged. The item(s) must be in saleable condition. I cannot issue a refund if I do not receive the item.
4. Once I have received your returned item(s) – I will issue a refund within 3 business days.
I cannot accept returns on sale items, customised or original artworks.
Cancelling an order
Yes, you can do it – if your order has not yet been posted, so please contact me as soon as possible.
